Industrial Modernization Center Signs Cooperation Protocol with Corporate Stack Solutions to Boost Digital Transformation for SMEs
As part of the Egyptian state’s plan to accelerate digital transformation and localize Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) applications, the Industrial Modernization Center (IMC) signed a cooperation protocol with Corporate Stack Solutions, a company specializing in digital consultancy and applications.
The protocol was signed by Mr. Ayman El-Bayya, Executive Director of the Industrial Modernization Center, and Dr. Mohamed Abdeen, CEO of Corporate Stack Solutions, in the presence of leaders from both sides and representatives of the industrial and information technology sectors.
The protocol aims to empower national industrial enterprises, particularly the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, to adopt and transition to locally developed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced digital applications via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) monthly subscription model. This step will contribute to improving operational efficiency across factories, reducing costs, and enhancing their competitiveness in local and international markets.
Mr. Ayman El-Bayya, Executive Director of IMC, stated that this cooperation establishes the “Tripartite Partnership Model” involving the Center, the technology developer, and the beneficiary companies. He noted that the Center is committed to elevating the level of digital maturity within the industrial sector. El-Bayya added that through this partnership, the Center provides a package of incentives, along with technical and supervisory support, to ensure the success and sustainability of digital transformation within factories.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Abdeen, CEO of Corporate Stack Solutions, expressed his pride in partnering with IMC, emphasizing that the company will leverage its advanced, locally developed software solutions to deliver customized, cost-effective packages for IMC’s clients. He highlighted their commitment to a 60-to-90-day timeline for installation, implementation, and training, alongside ongoing technical support throughout the contract period.
Dr. Mohamed Abdeen explained that digital transformation should not be an exclusive privilege for large corporations, as small and medium-sized factories require the same capability to manage their resources, operations, and data efficiently, but through simpler solutions tailored to their operational nature and capacity.
He added, “Our cooperation with the Industrial Modernization Center represents an opportunity to translate this vision into a practical model and assist factories on a large scale. Our goal goes beyond providing a technological system; it is to offer a comprehensive journey starting from understanding the factory’s needs, progressing through implementation, training, and operation, and culminating in the effective use of technology in daily operations to achieve measurable impact.”
