The Egyptian Football Association (EFA), under the leadership of President Hany Abo Rida, has expressed its support for FIFA President Gianni Infantino’s decision to withdraw the FIFA Forward Enterprise proposal following feedback, observations, and views submitted by FIFA Member Associations.
The EFA commended Infantino for taking into consideration the perspectives of FIFA’s Member Associations, stressing that true leadership is demonstrated by listening to members and taking decisions that best serve the interests of the international football community.
According to the Egyptian Football Association, the decision reinforces the unity of the international football family while reflecting a strong commitment to communication, consultation, and respect for the diverse views and perspectives of FIFA’s members.
The EFA expressed optimism that FIFA and its Member Associations will continue to work together constructively to identify the best approaches to achieving their shared objectives and advancing their common interests.
