National Bank of Egypt Named Egypt’s Most Valuable Brand in 2025

National Bank of Egypt (NBE) has retained its position as Egypt’s most valuable brand in 2025, with its brand value rising by 9% to USD 717 million, according to the latest Egypt 10 2025 ranking by Brand Finance, the world’s leading brand valuation consultancy.

The ranking showed that Egypt’s top 10 most valuable brands are now worth a combined USD 3.3 billion in 2025.

National Bank of Egypt has maintained its position as the most valuable Egyptian brand for the third consecutive year, with its brand value increasing by 9% to USD 717 million.

According to Brand Finance, the brand’s consistent performance was driven by higher interest rates, which boosted income through high-yield savings products, alongside careful financial management.

The bank also continued to focus on digital transformation and sustainable finance, making banking services easier and more responsible for its customers.

CIB Retains Its Position as Egypt’s Strongest Brand

Meanwhile, CIB maintained its position from 2024 as the strongest brand in Egypt, while its brand value increased by 3% to USD 351 million.

CIB’s Brand Strength Index (BSI) score of 77.6 out of 100 and its AA+ brand strength rating are largely driven by strong consumer trust and preference.

The bank stands out as one of the top choices for Egyptians, supported by its credibility and widespread appeal.
